How to better season wok pan?
Step1: Before use, wash the iron wok pan with warm water and dry it on a low fire. (Don’t use the dishwasher).
Step2: Then pour up the lard, so that the oil evenly covers the whole wok. After 5 minutes of operation,wash the wok with warm water and dry it. Repeat step 2.
Step3: Finally use kitchen paper with a little cooking oil to wipe the wok evenly.
Step4: Now the seasoning is completed, can start cooking.
Installation steps:
1. Match the wooden handle to the hole of the wok and attack the wooden handle to the wok.
2. Insert the metal stick from the box into the hole in the wooden handle.
3. Use a metal stick slowly rotating and twisting the handle tight.
